It's just a comment, it may helps others, with same problem!
The setup doesn't recognize my SCSI Host Adapter Adaptec AHA-2940UW. :-( I can't realize, why Vista doesn't support it...
But my "workaround": I has installed the driver from adaptec.com Website. It's the Version for Windows 2000, but Vista accept the Windows 2000 driver...
